JOB DESCRIPTIONS

·        Handling of Daily Sales Reporting, BSR report, to communicate with MT Team on the daily across various communication platforms including email & WhatsApp.

·        Produce and analyse reports based on the sales performance of employees in Sales Department

·        Preparation of sales reporting, e.g. preparation sales performance reports, tracking targets, compiling necessary reports for weekly sales meeting.

·        Trade Bulletin coordination; coordinate and distribute monthly bulletin to all related departments.

·        Process customer claims & clear dispute.

·        Proactively identify areas to streamline reporting process and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

·        Organizing team activities & provide supports to new joiner

·        To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • ·        Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management or any related discipline.

    ·        Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

    ·        Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership

    ·        Proactive mindset with a passion and good problem-solving skills.

    ·        Good interpersonal and communication skills.

    ·        Experience in FMCG background is an added advantage.

    ·        Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
