JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess Bachelor Degree in International Business / Commercial / Marketing/ Business Admin and other relevant studies.
Minimum 5 years working experience in export sales, preferably in FMCG (food).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Operations.
Strong organisational skills.
Result oriented, excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Drive international sales growth by managing overseas markets, developing distributor relationships, and executing export strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
Lead the maintenance team to implement reliable maintenance practices, optimize equipment performance, and ensure cost-effective, timely execution of plant maintenance activities.
Manage all quality & safety activities and inspectors within an assigned area. Responsible for preparation and effective implementation of documented quality and safety system, procedures and instructions. Monitoring and verifying incoming raw materials, production process and products with statistical techniques. Full commitment is expected to ensure total quality and safety management is achieved.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and support strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term partnerships.
