Functional pillar to plant’s major operational matters mainly to ensure material availability.
Liaise with production planner on material rolling forecast and share with the respective category lead in charge.
Work closely with warehouse team to manage timely arrival and sufficient stock holding.
Drive to improve supplier performance in term of on time delivery and 1st time right material quality.
Liaise with appointed forwarding agent to manage timely clearance.
Issue non trade PO for materials return to suppliers.
Update ISO, 5S, FSSC and HACCP documentations such as updating new supplier assessment checklist, new products specification, and supplier performance monitoring record, etc.
Support marketing on new development mainly new material code and barcode creation, phasing in new packaging change.
Assist in any ad hoc project/meeting assigned by superior/ management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
Preferably at least 4 years of related working experience.
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia language for both spoken and written.
Independent and able to work in fast paced environment.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to fulfill operational buying requirements, negotiate with suppliers, and support continuous improvement in cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Support accounting operations with a focus on Sugar Tax compliance, fixed asset management, and government reporting. Ensure accuracy in records and timely submission of statutory reports.
Culinary professional responsible for driving Food Service growth through demos, training, menu innovation, and strong HoReCa engagement. Combines chef expertise with sales acumen to deliver creative food solutions and brand impact.
