JOB DESCRIPTIONS

A. Payroll 

  • Assist our migrant workforce register for, calculate, and input their tax contributions on yearly basis as well as tax clearance prior to leaving the country.
  • As point of contact for our migrant workforce on any tax-related queries.
  • Assist in any payroll audits – clients and/or statutory, as and when required.
  • Prepare offer letters for all new local workers and employment contracts (including renewal contracts) for all migrant workers.
  • Assist in other Payroll-related activities and processing, as and when assigned.

B. Talent Acquisition (TA)

  • Be involved in recruiting Interns covering sourcing, selection, onboarding and eventual exit.
  • Assist the team in preparing for and executing Employer-branding activities.
  • Assist the TA Lead in arranging interview schedules, reference-checking and preparing documentation for new joiners (pertaining to their Personnel-files).

C. Learning & Development

  • Assist the L&D Manager in organizing Learning & Development programs and Food Handler Training Coordination & Administration.
  • Monitor and keep track of Learning & Development documentation, reports and manage training history record.
  • Update and track HRDCorp contributions and subsequent utilization for reporting purposes.
  • Assist with on-boarding briefing as and when needed.

D. Employee Engagement

  • Work with the wider HC team in organizing and executing Engagement activities throughout the year.
  • Take on other assignments as and when delegated to you.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or relevant field of study.
  • Minimum 1-2 years work experience as a generalist in Human Resources or Administration.
  • Fluent in English, Malay and Chinese in both written and reading.
  • High competency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Able to thrive in fast pace and rapidly changing environment.
  • Independent, self-starter and result oriented.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks at one go.
  • Comfortable with matrix reporting to several HR stakeholders.
  • Great interpersonal & communication skills and is a natural team-player.
