JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Support the development and execution of brand and campaign strategies
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, social, retail, and on-ground activations)
  • Manage NPD process, coordinating with R&D, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to bring new snacks from concept to market.
  • Work with agencies, designers, and production partners to deliver creative assets
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field
  • Possess 1–3 years of experience in FMCG marketing, with a proven track record of managing product launches.
  • Basic understanding in Nielsen/ Kantar consumer research tools, NPD process and P&L components (COGS, GP, A&P)
  • High level of curiosity, “consumer-first” mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced FMCG environment
  • Strong accountability and ownership in task and deliverables.
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze data.
