Job Description

Plan and execute strategic tactics for the brand, consumer experience and loyalty to drive brand love. Constant curiosity required to deep dive market and channel insights in forecasting opportunities and market trends. A role that requires high intensity, involvement, and innovation.

  • Strategic Planning: To identify the core opportunity in market. Market analysis of competitive landscape to propose 1 year, 3 years strategy and beyond.
  • Collaborating with Cross Functional team: Closely working with cross functional teams to develop Brand Building and Trade execution plans to be executed in market.
  • Agency & Suppliers: Working closely with Agencies & Supplier to establish impactful brand plans for impactful execution in market. Creative Agencies, Media Agencies & BTL Agencies.
  • Market Trend & White Spaces: Constant analysis and market watch, for competitor activities and opportunities. This would be key for us to win in market and build brand love.
  • New Product Development: Work closely with factory, R&D, purchasing, Halal, finance, quality, trade marketing, and sales team for product development, packaging and consumer testing to craft out opportunities and optimizing existing product mixes for launch in market.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate is encouraged to possess a Bachelor in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field with 5 years of Marketing experience in fast paced brand (Regional and/or Local Marketing) in any ASEAN region with a strong consumer focus. Knowledge of product pricing, packaging, distribution and positioning is an added advantages.
  • Experience in Launching end to end Campaigns in market. New product development launch is a plus.
  • Strong track record of consistent in market delivery.
  • Strong Accountability and Ownership in task and deliverables
  • Desire to project brands to the next levels with building of brands at the heart of consumers
  • Willingness to engage in robust discussions on strategy with a strong point of view
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze data.
  • Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines
  • Deep consumer empathy to find solutions that caters to the consumer needs.
